The Academy interest form collects your name, email, programme choice, learning format and any learning goals you provide. The studio form collects your name, email, service choice, project brief and any optional reference link or timeframe.

How it is used

Fragrant Wood Studios uses this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable services or learning options, and follow up about the programme you asked about. An enquiry is not a subscription to a general marketing newsletter.

Where it goes

Forms are processed through Wix Forms and stored in the studio’s Wix account. Contact fields may also create or update a contact record there. The forms are configured so submissions are accessible to the site owner and authorised collaborators, rather than publicly listed on this website.

Website services

The website uses Wix hosting, externally hosted images and Google Fonts. Enquiry pages use browser storage for a Wix visitor session so the forms can operate. Spotify players are loaded only when you choose to load them; Spotify then processes the interaction under its own policies. External links open services with their own privacy practices.

Questions or requests

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request its removal, use the project enquiry form, select “Other” and identify your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
